Last 16 October 2025, BATSS was showcased by CIE Automotive at the Smart Green Mobility 2025 – V Edition, a key event organised by the Mobility and Mechatronics Technology Centre NAITEC, together with the Government of Navarre. Held at the Congress Palace in Pamplona, the annual conference has become a reference meeting point for the automotive and mobility innovation sectors in northern Spain.
The 2025 edition brought together industry leaders, technology developers, and research organisations to discuss the latest breakthroughs in electric mobility, smart vehicle technologies, and sustainable transport solutions. The event placed significant emphasis on the role of public–private collaboration as a driver for technological leadership and successful innovation projects.
Representing the consortium, CIE Automotive introduced the BATSS project and its vision to deliver safer, more efficient, and more sustainable battery systems for demanding applications, such as off-road, marine, and stationary storage.
The BATSS presentation opened new conversations with local stakeholders and strengthened the project’s visibility within Spain’s automotive innovation ecosystem.
